Want to scan business cards into my Yahoo mail contact list w/o having to use Outlook. Wondering which scanner is best for this project. Are there any maintenance costs to these scanners?

   all card scanners can do that
   expensive scanners try to sell you the software, and as long you are using yahoo and outlook, you don't need their software.

   for maintenance, just clean the glass and you will need rollers after maybe 200000 scan
   and thats it.
