The list is just ascending lines of text.
i.e.

Business Name
Address
City, State Zip
Phone
Business Description
< space >
Business Name 2
Address
City, State Zip
Phone
Business Description
< space >

And I want to extract this data and automatically put it into an Excel file where each business is in a separate row.
Columns would be:
Business - Address - City - Phone - Description

I prefer that the software be free. I have MS Office 2003 and know Excel pretty well, but not well enough to do this.
(I can copy and paste the business address listings into Excel, but they are not formatted the way I want). I thought about using a macro, but wasn't able to get this to work.
Thanks!!!
