I bought an item on Ebay, it was incorrect when received, went round and round with seller, and disputed through paypal. Paypal says return item, I return item but she will not refund. Paypal has closed the case and referred me to the better business bureau and the Internet crime site, BBB close case as Unresolved due to company not responding to e-mails. I notified the internet crime site and the usps for mail fraud but have yet to hear from them. The company says it moved from Florida to Colorado and my husband says to file with the BBB there. He says if they don't respond they can receive another unresolved case which the BBB states lists the company as unsatisfactory. It was a small amount of money , but i am wondering what else can i do to try to get my refund back. Any help is welcome thanks

On the internet? Nothing.

In a real store that you walk into? I would get my moneys worth one way or another - end of story.

Ebay is like gambling in Vegas. Only bet money you can afford to lose.

You can report them to the BBB in CO if you want, but don't expect that you will ever get your money back that way.

My advice–move on.

Its probably to late now. But in the future when you get companies, people, and stores that try to ***** you over like that. Just tell your credit card company to dispute the charges, cancel the card. Then get a new one. I've done this in the past and its worked fine for me.

Odds are you were scammed. Contact the FTC. It is probably a fake company selling worthless products. What legitimate company would use ebay to sell their products?
