I get them every few days, horrible suggestions, there is no opt out and it looks like they are sending it to about 20 people at one time including me. I try spamming it but every time its a different email. This time I sat here and hit reply send 20 times back at him, I am sure they don't care, but that was time consuming, what else can i do?

First of all : NEVER reply to or use the opt out in the messages. All that does is prove it's an active email account. In you mail preferances adjust your filters to a higher setting ( if possible ). Also adjust the other security settings for the mail account.
