it way do that when I go back to my email page..can some body help me fix it.

   sometimes an active x control can cause problems , try removing it from drive you can reinstall it later but see if it helps when you remove it off drive

   They noted a problem in your browsers cache. Cleaning it up should clear a lot of excess baggage and take care of the problem.
   Click on Tools -> Internet Options.
   Under the "General" tab, go to the Temporary Internet Files and click the "Delete Cookies" and "Delete Files.
   It takes a few minutes, so wait for the hourglass to go away.
   Go to the "History" section and click on "Clear History." Click OK.
