I have 2 acct. but only one uses chat in email, why?

I use two accounts but in one I was asked if I wanted to use chat within email (no IM nstll) but I was not asked on my other account, and I can't find such in mail opt…….what's up with that?!

u probably need to cancel the other account that doesnt have it and try another new one.
