with this emails. I block the e-mail address, but they change their addresses on a daily basis so I continue to receive the e-mails every day. My "blocked" e-mail file is getting large. Please help! How can one stop receiving unsolicited bulk email items?

   You can always opt for blocking

   I recommend setting your spam blocker to high or even changing your address.

   I have an anti spam program and spyware program on my computer and still get them w/ my Yahoo. My only way is to use the affected address ONLY when you have to give out your email address on a form and have a seperate address for non-form issues. This stinks, but it works!

   Do not open them.
   Just keep marking it as spam.
   Just accept it as part of the computer world.
