• a yahoo answers user by the id of rare gem answered a question I posted & offered to have me IM her but no opt

  I'd like to contact the user/person but when I clicked the link to that profile I was not given the option to IM or email so that person likely has those selections options specified to not offer communications in that way but can I use that persons id go to the yahoo home page and search for that user by their id and see if their profile info page does list a way to IM or email….
